Unfortunately, however, the product is now usually very low in nutrients and is no longer well tolerated by everyone. If you're looking for an alternative, you don't have to think too far outside the box. It is actually a good step to simply use the whole grain.

Wholemeal wheat groats and wholemeal wheat flour

If wheat grains are only ground once after being thoroughly cleaned, the result is so-called coarse meal. Depending on the degree of grinding, this can be coarser or finer - we offer both varieties in our online store. They are rich in fiber and also contain essential fatty acids and minerals.

If the grains are ground more frequently, the result is fine whole wheat flour. Although this is darker than the conventional wheat varieties, it is still lighter than other wholemeal varieties.
