German blossom honey

In addition to the bakery, beekeeping is also part of the family history. Old master beekeeper Olaf Spiegelhauer's grandfather already had an apiary and several bee colonies. Olaf Spiegelhauer was lucky enough to acquire an old bee wagon in 2021; the beekeeping business was actually only planned for his retirement. Now, honey from his own bees is occasionally bottled in the bakery, and there are even three colonies outside the bakery, enjoying the flower meadow around the bakery.

The honey is raw and is not heated.
