Sourdough starter set

Sourdough jar:

The 850 ml food-safe sourdough jar has a large opening for easy handling. A special rubber seal protects the fermentation container if the sourdough spreads too much.

Proofer basket:

The proofing basket with an inner diameter of 23 cm and a height of 7 cm is ideal for 1 kg of bread and very suitable for breads from 750g to 1500g. Made from ground wood, it ensures even proofing of the bread.
The proofing basket is not suitable for the oven.

Cleaning: Do not clean the proofing basket with water. Tap out the basket, allow it to dry and brush it out thoroughly.

Professional dough scraper:

The dough scraper is an indispensable utensil in professional baking. It makes it easy to portion and divide dough. The red color ensures that the utensil does not get lost, and the durable polypropylene material promises longevity.

Mixing spoon:

The 25 cm long mixing spoon is food-safe and perfect for making sourdough. Gute Qualität für guten Preis
Das ist mein zweites set für Sauerteig starter. Das erste war von Amazone - Chinese Firma - most popular Sauerteig starter set. Natürlich merkt man den Unterschied. Hier ist das Glass viel stabiler, der Spachtel ist schön und besser in Benutzung.
Ich haben noch nicht das Brot gebacken, so kann ich den Form noch nicht bewerten, jedoch im Vergleich mit China starter sets, ist dieses hier natürlich Authentischer, mit höhere Qualität. Kann nur weiter empfehlen das Produkt auszuprobieren!
