Dough pieces from 500 g to 1.5 kg fit into this bread tin and can achieve good stability here. This means that nothing comes apart unattractively during baking. The special texture of the proofing basket also gives your bread a special pattern later on, which gives it a wonderful appearance.

Simple use and care

Our round wooden proofing basket is perhaps a small miracle weapon when it comes to your baking success. But using it is not rocket science. All you have to do is sift the inside of the bread tin thoroughly, for example with potato starch, oat flour or flour, to prevent the dough from sticking. After proofing, the loaf can then be carefully turned out onto a bread pusher, for example, and placed directly into the oven. You then just need to knock out your proofing basket thoroughly to prevent pests from settling in. Please do not clean the proofing basket with water!
