The plastic is also extremely durable. We have been using some of our dough scrapers in our company for over 10 years. Material fatigue is not an issue here. The elastic, yet pleasantly firm plastic can even be easily shaped with careful use of heat if you need it for a special baked product. No other material is as versatile and flexible.

Polypropylene is also naturally kind to the skin and odorless. It has long been used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
