Organic wheat flour type 0 no. 6 from Meraner Mühle brings a real piece of Italian baking tradition directly to your home. Produced in Italy and developed for sophisticated yeast pastries, this special flour is convincing where conventional German types such as type 550 often reach their limits. It is ideal for baked goods with long rising times and a high proportion of butter, sugar and egg - such as panettone or the traditional Colomba Pasquale at Easter.

Thanks to its excellent gluten structure and water absorption, the flour is perfect for doughs with a rising time of 16 to 32 hours. The result: an airy, aromatic crumb with an excellent structure - just like the Italian originals.
