Organic vegan Christmas stollen

It took us a long time to develop our perfect vegan stollen. A stollen that is not only palm oil-free, but also moist and incredibly tasty. In the summer of 2022, master baker Olaf Spiegelhauer tried out many recipes and experimented with different plant-based fats. Instead of butter, we use a balanced mixture of coconut oil, shea butter and rapeseed oil, which gives the stollen a wonderful texture. We have replaced the milk with oat drink. To achieve the full flavor and replace the aroma of the butter, we add Lievito Madre (wheat sourdough). This special ingredient rounds off the taste perfectly and gives the vegan stollen its incomparable depth.

Our vegan stollen is the result of a lot of dedication and experimentation - a treat for anyone who wants to avoid animal products without compromising on taste. Ideal for the vegan Christmas season, with a full, rich flavor and tender bite!
