Das Brot hat meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen.Aufgrund meiner basischen Ernährung krankheitsbedingt bin ich sehr froh darauf gestoßen zu sein.Es schmeckt hervorragend süß oder herzhaft belegt,getoastet oder überbacken.

Auf der Suche nach einem Brot, dass meinen Zuckerspiegel nicht so in die Höhe
treibt, wurde ich im Internet auf die Bäckerei Spiegelhauer und ihr Angebot aufmerksam.Ich bestellte das Bio Dinkelkeimbrot in den Varianten Bio Demeter ohne Kernzusatz und jeweils mit Sonnenblumenkernen und mit Kürbiskernen. Das frische saftige Brot wurde optimal für den Versand verpackt und traf umgehend ein. Ich habe es in Scheiben geschnitten und eingefroren, so kann ich immer frisch darauf zugreifen. Besonders gut schmecken mir alle drei Sorten, wenn ich sie im Toaster etwas knusprig mache und sie dann mit Frischkäse oder Butter bestreiche. Total lecker!!!
