vegan basic made from spelt or rye without yeast Wholemeal sprouted

The chia seeds give the bread a very special flavor.

It is best to cut the spelt sprouted bread into thin slices (approx. 6 mm) and chew it well. The germination of the spelt converts and breaks down the starch in the grain.

Tip: If you want to eat a particularly natural diet, try spelt sprouted bread together with a good olive oil.

The bread can be kept for at least 10 days after dispatch.

Ich esse jetzt seit 2 Monaten zum Frühstück nur noch basische Brote dieser Bäckerei. Immer mit vegetarischem Brotaufstrich und frischen Sprossen. Das Brot hole ich aus dem Eisschrank (bzw. 3-4 Scheiben) und toaste es. Das schmeckt soooo lecker und ich habe keinen Heißhunger auf Mehlbrote mehr. Aber - ich habe jetzt 4 kg abgenommen, war nicht einmal besonders schwer vorher, nur 66 kg. Also liegt es doch häufig an den zu hohen Cholesterinwerten, wenn man nicht abnehmen kann bzw. am Insulinspiegel. Vielen Dank von Gabi
