Only available from us, smoked aroma flour!
Made from barley which is roasted over beech wood.
The flour smells extremely strongly of freshly smoked ham.

It is therefore a great alternative to smoked salt.
Our smoked flour can be dosed much stronger than salt.

We use this product in our onion tart, as it is vegetarian, so we bring the smoky aroma of the ham into the onion tart.

Dosage: 1 to 3 % of the total weight of all ingredients.
