Great for baking, making jam and sweetening!

Organic raw sugar is obtained from the juice of the sugar cane. This juice is boiled and then inoculated with sugar crystals. This in turn results in the formation of crystals as the sugar cools. The "sugar" is then washed and dried again. The adhering molasses is rinsed away and the sugar turns white, resulting in organic raw sugar. And this sugar tastes much better than conventional sugar!

Pünktlich , mit schneller Lieferung, kam der bestellte Zucker zur Weihnachtsbäckerei. Gute Qualität, mildes Aroma. Nicht versetzt mit Rieselhilfe, wie Massenware.
