Our plum cake is baked fresh every day. Traditionally according to our decades-old recipe. We always make our yeast dough with pre-dough and give it the optimum time to mature. We only use natural ingredients. We get our milk fresh and directly from the farmer. The plums are individually and evenly laid out by hand. We also get the plums from an organic farmer just around the corner. This brings an enormous leap in quality, as most plums come from Eastern Europe and are often harvested unripe. And only fully ripe fruit has its full flavor and nutrients! We also don't use margarine, only butter. Because only butter gives this great crumble flavor!
The cake will keep for at least 4 days after dispatch.
