Sprouting seeds for growing sprouts.

Mung bean sprouts have a high protein content and contain many vitamins (A,_B1,_B2, niacin, folic acid, C and E) and important minerals (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron and calcium).

Instructions for sprouting

Soak the mung beans in plenty of water for 12 hours
Then place in the sprouter and allow to germinate at 18 to 22°C
Water twice a day with fresh water
The mung bean sprouts can be harvested from day 3
A longer germination period is not advisable as the sprouts then lose their tenderness

Country of origin: Not EU (mostly China) - goods are checked for residues!
