Sehr leckeres Roggenbrot
Wir backen diese Mischung nun schon seit einigen Jahren. Immer gleich die doppelte Menge in größeren Kastenformen. Man muss sich als Anfänger auch an eine Mischung erstmal rantasten, aber das ist relativ unkompliziert. Super im Geschmack und man kann das Brot mit Hirse, Sonnenblumenkernen oder Leinsamen veredeln.
