What is the difference between pasteurized and normal bread?
Compared to our conventional bread range, pasteurized breads offer special advantages. These breads are first carefully packed in foil bags and then pasteurized in our oven using the residual heat from our ovens without the use of additional energy.
Thanks to this process, the shelf life of the bread can be significantly extended without the need to add preservatives or artificial additives. These breads can also be frozen for even longer storage. This process is similar to the principle of preservation used in the production of UHT milk.
Storage:
Store fresh keto bread in the fridge, or freeze and defrost in slices in the toaster.
The refrigerator should not be too damp (check the condensation drain).
