peeled hemp seed is very aromatic and is ideal for baking bread and cakes or preparing spreads.
You can also buy hemp bread online.

Hemp cake is also particularly delicious

Recipe for hemp cake

Pour 500 g cake batter into a round tin (26 cm).
210 g peeled hemp seeds
100 g raw cane sugar
100 g butter (warm)
and 1 egg
Mix all the ingredients together and pour onto the cake batter.
Leave the cake to rise for a while and then bake (approx. 220 °C 25 min - depending on the oven).
This cake can also be refined by cutting it open and filling it with vanilla pudding.

The hemp seeds should be stored at 4 to 18 degrees.
