Organic turmeric ground

The bright yellow turmeric is also known as turmeric or Indian saffron. Turmeric is often used for its coloring effect and is therefore also an ingredient in curry spices. It is characterized by its mildly spicy, earthy-bitter aroma.

Turmeric can be added, for example, to bread dough made from flour to make it yellow.
