Instructions for germination

Soak the seeds in water for about five hours
Then place in the sprouter and leave at room temperature for about 2 days
Spray the seeds with water twice a day
Harvest when the sprouts are about the length of the seeds
If possible, do not leave to germinate for longer as otherwise the sprouts will taste bitter
