Organic buckwheat grains 10 kg

This buckwheat is hulled and germinates very well, as you can see in the second picture. Of course it is also suitable for grinding yourself. Sprouted buckwheat is easy to digest and contains a high proportion of lysine and rutin as well as many important vitamins and minerals.

Instructions for sprouting buckwheat

Moisten buckwheat only briefly
Leave to germinate at room temperature for 2 to 3 days
Rinse with water twice a day
The sprouts can be harvested as soon as they have grown to about 5 mm

Note on sustainability:

The buckwheat grain is in a black husk, which must first be peeled off before it can be eaten/processed. During the hulling process, many grains break and flour is produced. 1 kg of buckwheat grains from the field produces

400 g buckwheat grains hulled
400 g buckwheat flour
200 g buckwheat hulls

In Germany, however, more buckwheat grains are bought than flour.
We would therefore like to ask you not to grind buckwheat grains into flour yourself but to buy buckwheat flour directly.
This will make it easier for us to distribute buckwheat from Germany in the future.
Which is no more expensive than goods from China or Eastern Europe.

Sieht super aus, wie beschrieben kein Bruch vorhanden!
Der Buchweizen sieht super aus und wie beschrieben frei von Bruch. Erst heute die Lieferung erhalten und freue mich schon auf das erste Glas Buchweizensprossen. So wie sie aussehen, werden sie auch super schmecken.
Klare Kauf Empfehlung für diesen Buchweizen.
Habe bei anderen Anbietern schonmal Buchweizen zum keimen gekauft und hatte ein schlechtes Ergebnis, wegen großem Bruchanteil. Der gebrochene Buchweizen beginnt dann beim keimen zu fermentieren und der ganze Buchweizen riecht und schmeckt dann dementsprechend.

Danke für die Sortierung des Buchweizen und damit für das reine Endprodukt!

Einfach Klasse!
Der Buchweizen von Spiegelhauer ist von sehr guter Qualität, keimt sehr gut und ich verwende ihn dann, gekeimt und später püriert für vielerlei Zwecke:
in den Frühstücksbrei, in Napfkuchen o. andere Kuchen, in vegetarische o. auch Fleisch-Bratlinge; in Suppen, in Gemüse usw. usf. Da sind der Phantasie keine Grenzen gesetzt.
So klasse Buchweizen habe ich bisher noch nirgendwo zu diesem phantastischen Preis gefunden!
