Organic bread spice, finely ground

Our organic bread spice gives your bread and savory pastries a delicately spicy note.
Composition:
All three spices are related umbelliferous plants that were originally native to the Mediterranean region.

Coriander
The herb coriander is particularly popular in Asian cuisine. The epithet Indian parsley illustrates its importance. For our organic bread spice, however, we use the 2-3 mm coriander fruits.
Fennel
The multifaceted and aromatic taste of fennel seeds was already appreciated by the Romans. They also refined their breads with this valuable bread spice. The effects of fennel and aniseed tea are well known.
Dosage:
10 g of bread spice per 1 kg of flour. You can of course vary according to your personal taste.
