Organic black cumin flour

Dosage: When baking bread, simply replace 5 - 7% of the conventional grain flour with our black cumin flour. Make sure you add a little more water, as the flour swells.

You can even make a mild black cumin tea with our flour.

Our black cumin flour is made from partially de-oiled real black cumin (Nigella sativa) and has a high fiber and protein content. As a vegan ingredient, it is a great addition to a balanced diet.

True black cumin belongs to the buttercup family and is originally native to West Asia, Iraq, Turkey, Southern Europe, India, Pakistan and North Africa. The seeds of this plant contain around 20-40% fat and are mainly used to produce valuable black cumin oil.
