Organic gluten-free baking mix 500g for 750g bread

vegan basic gluten-free without rye Wholemeal lactose-free without milk without egg

Also suitable for bread makers (tested with Clatornic BBA 3505)

Knead the baking mix (room temperature) with 450 g water (30 °C), pour into a baking tin and leave to rise for approx. 1 hour in a cozy place.
The dough should have increased in volume before it goes into the oven; if it is too cold, the rising time can be extended to 3 hours.
Then bake for one hour in a preheated oven at 200 °C top/bottom heat.

The dough should have a temperature of 27 °C after kneading.

The nutritional values refer to 100 g of ready-baked bread.
