Die Perfektion
Der Brotteig ist viel luftiger, feuchter nach dem Backen. Das Brot läuft nicht breit beim freigeschoben Brot.
Aber mit Vorsicht dosieren. Ich habe 2,5 g auf 500 g Mehl genommen.
