Ballaststoffe sind sehr wichtig für den Körper, deshalb habe ich Apfelfasern bei Ihnen bestellt. Sie sind sehr lecker und einfach anzuwenden. Ich mische sie in Kefir und Ayran und trinke sie jeden Morgen. Sie sind sehr gut für Magen und Verdauung, machen gut satt und nicht zuletzt ist der Preis super!
