Organic Christmas stollen / almond stollen 1 kg without raisins

Made by hand from the best raw materials according to an ancient recipe. Ideal for anyone who likes their stollen without raisins.

It is best to store the almond stollen in the fridge at 3 to 8 °C. Take the stollen out of the fridge one hour before eating and allow it to warm up to room temperature. This allows the flavors to develop optimally.
Now take the stollen out of the bag and place it on a stollen board or a flat, odorless wooden cutting board.
Please do not place it on a plate, otherwise it could break. Cut the stollen in half with a large, smooth knife. Now cut even finger-thick slices from each half. After eating, push the two halves back together to prevent the stollen from drying out. Now wrap it back up in the plastic bag and store the stollen in the fridge again.

leckerer Stollen ohne Rosinen
