Organic acerola powder at least 17 % vitamin C

vegan gluten-free

Acerola powder improves dough development and replaces ascorbic acid in organic bakeries.
When acerola powder is used in the dough, the gluten structure forms much better.

The baked goods become more airy and have a great crust.
Especially in harvest years with poor weather conditions, this is a good way to process the grain.

Dosage: 0.01 to 0.1 % of the total amount of flour.

For easier dosing, we recommend making a concentrate / mixing 1 to 10 with flour.

Recommended storage:

- properly in the tightly closed original containers
- protected from light / direct sunlight
- Temperature: ideally not above 20 °C
- relative humidity: ideally not above 40 %
Recommended handling: - avoid the influence of humidity as far as possible
- relative humidity: ideally not above 30 %
