Acerola powder improves dough development and replaces ascorbic acid in organic bakeries.
When acerola powder is used in the dough, the gluten structure forms better.

The baked goods become airier and have a great crust.

Dosage: 0.01 to 0.1 % of the total amount of flour.

For easier dosing, we recommend making a concentrate / mixing 1 to 10 with flour.
