Sourdough with the perfect jar for hobby bakers.
You can store enough sourdough for 2 loaves in the jar.
The shape of the jar is ideal for storing sourdough.

The lid is optimally held on the jar by the clamps and the sealing ring, yet the pressure can escape from the jar without it bursting.

The sourdough starter can be kept for at least 4 weeks from the time of dispatch. Please store the sourdough in the refrigerator after receipt and refresh after 2 days at the latest according to the instructions.

With our sourdough you can easily bake your own bread and also start your own sourdough culture. If you buy sourdough starter, you should make sure that you buy fresh natural sourdough, as only this provides the typical bread taste. Dry sourdough does not achieve such a great bread flavor for a long time. Some of the flavor is also lost when the sourdough is dried. In addition, the natural yeasts are no longer active.

Toller Livieto
Mein Livieto war nach Jahren kaputtgegangen. Da ich keine Lust hatte, vier Wochen lang einen neuen zu züchten, habe ich diesen gekauft.
Sehr gute Ware, habe schon damit gebacken und aufgefrischt, bin begeistert. Toller Ofentrieb.
Kleine Anmerkung: unter dem Livieto ohne Glas schreibt jemand, dass er auf 600g Mehl 40g Hefe plus 200 Livieto nimmt, damit es schneller geht. Das ist schade, weil man bei so viel Hefe den Livieto eigentlich nicht braucht, der ist dabei echt verschenkt.
Das einzige Manko: der Livieto ist recht schwer aus der Tüte herauszubekommen, da natürlich klebrig. Zum Schluss waren es dadurch dann keine 200g, sondern nur 150g, der Rest blieb in der Tüte kleben.
