Organic Dried Lievito Madre 200 g

Lievito Madre 200 g is a wheat sourdough that is bred to have a mild taste and strong leavening power.
It is therefore suitable for baking without yeast.

This dried Madre can be used directly as a powder with the flour, it is active and ensures the loosening of the baked goods.

The wild natural yeasts and lactic acid bacteria are activated during dough preparation and enable indirect dough management or natural fermentation without the need to add baker's yeast.

Freshening and use:

Application quantity to the amount of flour:
5% for medium and large breads, up to 15% for heavy sweet yeast doughs.

Please allow the dough to rise for a total of approx. 14 hours. It is best to prepare the dough in the evening or in the morning for the evening!

Ingredients:
Bio Lievito Madre (Mutterhefe) aus Bio Weizenmehl getrocknet. Kann Spuren von Soja enthalten. 5% bei mittleren und großen Broten, bis zu 15% bei schweren Hefesüßteigen. Bitte nur Mehl OHNE Ascorbinsäure verwenden.
