We make this Christmas stollen exclusively by hand from the best raw materials according to an age-old recipe. At first we were concerned that an organic Christmas stollen would not be able to compete with other stollen. But we were proved wrong. "After all, Christmas is only once a year" or "Only the best is served at Christmas" are good arguments from customers to also produce our Christmas stollen in organic quality.

The right way to handle organic Christmas stollen

It is best to store the organic Christmas Stollen in the refrigerator at 3 to 8 °C. Take the stollen out of the fridge one to two hours before eating and allow it to warm up to room temperature. This allows the flavors to develop optimally and the stollen becomes nice and moist. Now take the stollen out of the bag and place it on a stollen board or a flat, odorless wooden cutting board. Please do not place it on a plate, otherwise it could break. Cut the stollen in half with a large, smooth knife and cut even, finger-thick slices from each half. After eating, push the two halves back together so that the stollen cannot dry out. Now wrap it back up in the foil bag and store the stollen in the fridge again.
