They refine a baked good, give it a typical aroma and sometimes add that certain crunch: nuts and dried fruit are a must when baking. That's why you'll find an extensive selection of different products in our online store.
In addition to dried fruit classics such as apricots and dates, we also offer deliciously sweet and sour cranberries, for example. Figs and plums are of course also a must. And even if they don't typically count as fruit, we also offer delicious grated coconut.

Or you can get them diced from us. Incidentally, our products are always untreated, which is why you won't see a light yellow color in the dried apricots, for example. This is due to the sulphur, which we do not use.
