Fresh 100 g organic baker's yeast

Note: 100 grams are sufficient for about 3 kg of flour, for heavy doughs such as for a stollen, 100 grams are sufficient for 1 kg of flour.

Fresh yeast consists of 66% water, so it is possible that it will dry out a little and be a little lighter when you get it home than when you receive it from us.

Tip: You can also buy organic dry yeast from us or save money by buying 500 g of organic fresh yeast.

The baker's yeast has a shelf life of at least 5 days and a maximum of 2 weeks from the time of dispatch. Please store in the refrigerator immediately after receipt.

We do not recommend freezing the yeast.
