The dough scraper is heat-resistant up to 105 °C, which makes it suitable for a wide range of applications.
Cooking pieces can be scraped into the pot, or hot pudding can be applied to a cake.
The scraper is made in Germany from polypropylene, which is particularly resistant to material fatigue and even hinges are made from it. We have been using some of these dough scrapers for well over 10 years.
Polypropylene is also a thermoplastic. This means that you can shape it by carefully applying heat (e.g. with a hairdryer) and adapt it to your requirements.
PP is also skin-friendly and odorless and is used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

When buying, pay attention to our graduated prices and save money, as you will quickly need more than one dough scraper.
