Demeter spelt flour type 630

Naturally in the best baker's quality, completely natural.

The perfect flour for baking bread and rolls without wheat. The "Oberkulmer Rotkorn" variety of this organic spelt is particularly well tolerated by wheat allergy sufferers, as it has never been crossed with other cereals. This variety is often referred to as "original spelt".
This spelt thrives particularly well on low-nitrogen soil. It can therefore not be fertilized with the usual nitrogen fertilizers.
