Demeter semi-baked wheat rolls

vegan without rye lactose-free without milk without egg

Handmade rolls, without added gluten and without technical enzymes.
We source the grain for our bread rolls directly from our farmers to ensure that they are paid fairly.
It is important to us to bake as we did in the past - this also means only using ingredients that come from nature.
To round off the taste, we add wheat sourdough (Lievito Madre) to our bread roll dough.

Baking instructions

Preheat the oven to 220 °C
Spray the rolls with a little water (simply with a sprayer)
Bake the rolls in the oven until the desired browning (approx. 3-6 minutes)

As our rolls are not treated with preservatives or anything else, please freeze the rolls after delivery or consume them within two days (store in the fridge)

Decorative items are not included in the scope of delivery.

Sehr schneller Versand. Richtige Qualitätsbrötchen mit Geschmack und sehr guter Konsistenz. Kein aufgeblasenes und mit chem. Zusatzstoffen, angefangen beim Mehl, versehenes Produkt. Qualität zeichnet sich aus. Kurze Fertigbackzeit, habe Umluft genutzt. Lassen sich auch einfrieren und gut aufbacken. Ein Hinweis zum Fertigbacken Zeit / Temperatur wäre hilfreich. Einfach sehr gut.
