Grains for gluten-sensitive people

All sweet grass grains, including our cereals, naturally contain gluten. Unfortunately, this excludes them from the diet of people with coeliac disease (gluten intolerance). They should fall back on pseudo-cereals and other gluten-free products. Buckwheat is such a wonderfully tasty alternative that does not contain gluten.
