Pizza ovens are lined with special ceramic plates. The pizza base therefore toasts immediately without burning. This is only possible to a limited extent in a domestic oven. The Denk pizza plate turns the kitchen stove into a pizza oven - very simply, without much effort or technology.

What makes the Denk pizza peel different from all other "pizza stones"?
Almost all "pizza stones" are basically firing plates / insulating plates made of cordierite ceramic for ceramic ovens. To ensure that as little energy as possible is used to heat these plates in the kiln, they are made thin, light and with the lowest possible heat capacity (heat absorption).
=> The Denk pizza plate made of CeraFlam® has a very high heat capacity. This means that the desired strong and sustained contact heat is optimally possible when baking pizzas.
Pizza stones made from ceramic firing plates are almost never made from food-certified components and are therefore not actually suitable for direct contact with food.
