The secret of the Denk pizza plate

The Denk pizza plate is made of fireproof CeraFlam® ceramic. CeraFlam® from DENK is tested food-safe, tasteless, robust, durable and can store an enormous amount of heat. All properties without which no good pizza can be made.

Perfect pizza in your own oven

Pizza ovens are lined with special ceramic plates. The pizza base therefore toasts immediately without burning. This is only possible to a limited extent in a domestic oven. The Denk pizza plate turns the kitchen stove into a pizza oven - very simply, without much effort or technology.

Perfect pizza in the kettle grill

With the Denk pizza plate, you can also bake perfect pizza in a kettle grill. In just a few simple steps, you can serve original Italian pizza at your next garden party.

Heat is needed all around to bake pizzas, which is why an open grill without a heating hood cannot be used.

Whether in the oven or in the kettle grill, with the Denk pizza plate you can make original Italian pizza in no time at all. In the enclosed brochure you will find all the information and a recipe for delicious pizza dough.

What makes the Denk pizza peel different from all other "pizza stones"?

Almost all "pizza stones" are basically firing plates / insulating plates made of cordierite ceramic for ceramic ovens. To ensure that as little energy as possible is used to heat these plates in the kiln, they are made thin, light and with the lowest possible heat capacity (heat absorption).

=> The Denk pizza plate made of CeraFlam® has a very high heat capacity. This means that the desired strong and sustained contact heat is optimally possible when baking pizzas.

Pizza stones made from ceramic firing plates are almost never made from food-certified components and are therefore not actually suitable for direct contact with food.

=>In contrast, our CeraFlam® material has been tested and approved for food contact throughout Europe.

Our pizza peel cannot be compared with anything else on the market. It has been specially developed for professional pizza baking. You can tell the difference by the all-round juice groove, the heat storage waves on the underside and the material.
