The unique feature of our Gugelhupf baker is the patented baking channel. Before the cake tin with the dough goes into the oven, you fill it with water. The even evaporation during baking creates a targeted moisture shield directly around the cake. In combination with the heat-retaining ceramic, this ensures the best baking results.
