Bread&Cake is made of heat-retaining CeraFlam® ceramic. As in a real wood-fired oven, this promotes even crust formation, even on the underside of the bread, without the baked goods burning. You will be amazed at how easily bread and cakes turn out.

The "secret" of Bread&Cake

The unique feature of Bread&Cake is the patented baking channel. Before the baking tray with the dough goes into the oven, you fill it with water. The even evaporation during baking creates a moisture shield directly around the baked goods. This allows a wonderful crust to form. The crust is particularly valuable for bread. It contains the flavor carriers and important ingredients - it protects the bread and keeps it fresh for a long time. The targeted moisture in combination with the heat-retaining ceramic also ensures the best baking results for cakes.

Baking bread in the kettle grill

You can also use our baking plates in a kettle grill. However, as the temperature here is usually higher than in an oven, water must be added to the tray every 20 minutes or so during baking (depending on baking experience and internal temperature). The crust will then be superbly crispy. We wish all enthusiastic kettle grillers lots of baking fun.
