Our bread specialities are very diverse. We have made it our mission to ensure that as many people as possible find what they are looking for and get their personal favourite bread. That's why we offer numerous speciality varieties: Bread without yeast (fermented bread), bread without wheat (made from spelt, rye, oats or buckwheat), sprouted breads (e.g. Essener bread), sourdough breads, wholemeal breads, alkaline breads and particularly long-life sliced breads.
In this way, we endeavour to meet the special dietary requirements of people with gluten intolerance, for example. We also pay attention to very high-quality ingredients, all of which are certified organic, as well as careful production. This means that many of the valuable nutrients are retained in the baked goods. In addition, our recipes for the various breads combine many exciting flavours to create particularly tasty treats. Freshly baked, already with you!
Because we still bake fresh, like every real baker, our breads usually come out of the oven as early as 8 am. As soon as they are cooled, we pack them. We use special paper to prolong the freshness of the bread. Our loaves then leave our bakery before 4 p.m. on the same day and are dispatched.
As a rule, you will receive your goods the next working day and therefore often even fresher than in most branch bakeries. These breads are also absolutely delicious. This is because the 24-hour maturing time allows them to develop their full flavour. Another advantage: the breads are now also much easier to slice!
